Bed Depot – May 2025 Headboard Giveaway Terms and Conditions

  1. Promotional Period
    This promotion runs from 12:00am NZST on 1 May 2025 to 11:59pm NZST on 31 May 2025 (“Promotional Period”).

  2. Eligibility
    a. Entry is open to New Zealand residents only.
    b. To be eligible, customers must place a paid order with Bed Depot for any bed during the Promotional Period online or in-store.

    c. To be eligible the customers must have purchased a mattress AND base during the promotional period. Not eligible for mattress only purchases.
    d. If you purchase multiple bed sets (EG, 2 x mattresses 2 x bases) you will receive 2 entries.

  3. How to Enter
    Every qualifying bed order placed during the Promotional Period will automatically be entered into the draw. One entry per order. Multiple entries permitted with multiple qualifying purchases.

  4. Prize Details
    a. One (1) winner will receive a headboard matching the size of the bed ordered through Bed Depot.
    b. The winner can choose between the Seattle or Boston style headboard, in one of the following colours: Grey, Charcoal, or Black.
    c. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash or credit.

  5. Winner Selection and Notification
    a. The winner will be drawn at random on or around 5 June 2025.
    b. The winner will be contacted via the contact details provided with their order.
    c. If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 business days, a new winner may be drawn.

  6. Delivery of Prize
    The headboard will be delivered to the same address as the original bed order unless otherwise arranged with Bed Depot.

    The headboard will be scheduled for delivery 7 working days from confirmation

  7. General
    a. Bed Depot reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time without notice.
    b. By entering, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions.
    c. The winner may be asked to participate in promotional activities, including social media posts or photos, but this is not mandatory.

  8. Privacy
    Personal information provided during the order process will be used to administer the promotion and in accordance with Bed Depot’s privacy policy.
